If you share our values of commitment, quality and safety, innovation, proximity and passion, your talent grows here.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\ud83c\udf31 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS AN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT MANAGER?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and manage all types of investment projects, from the integration of new technologies and equipment, production lines and industrial facilities to the construction of new operating plants.<\/li>\n<li>Perform plant capacity studies, feasibility and cost analysis for new projects.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate at a transversal level with the different departments to ensure the integration of projects into the current operation of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and maintain fluid communication with all stakeholders, reporting on the progress and results of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage the budget of the projects, guaranteeing the efficient use of resources.<\/li>\n<li>Search, select and negotiate with contractor companies for the execution of works.<\/li>\n<li>Execute, coordinate and supervise the construction management, ensuring that the established deadlines and quality standards are met, in addition to compliance with the assigned budget.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the start-up of new facilities and production lines together with the transversal project team.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with maintenance in the maintenance plan of the new facilities and machinery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\ud83c\udf93 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training: technical engineering preferably in industrial mechanical engineering or agri-food engineering or similar.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment, managing industrial projects in production environments, mainly food, meat, beverage, chemical or pharma environments.<\/li>\n<li>Languages: Spanish and Catalan are essential.
