If you share our values of commitment, quality and safety, innovation, proximity and passion, your talent grows here.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\ud83c\udf31 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage complete selection processes for structure, back office and plant profiles<\/li>\n<li>Sign up with internal managers to understand needs, validate profiles, define selection criteria and agree on the stages of the process.<\/li>\n<li>Publish offers on portals, social networks, internal platforms and other sources; manage relationships with schools, ETTs and headhunters when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out curricular screenings, telephone and\/or video call interviews, competency-based interviews and, when applicable, technical or psychometric tests.<\/li>\n<li>Organize interviews with managers, prepare necessary information about candidates, collect feedback and accompany decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure constant, transparent and respectful communication with candidates throughout the process, reporting on progress and resolving doubts.<\/li>\n<li>Update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), maintain talent bases, manage reports and ensure the traceability of the process.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the creation of content to attract talent, attend job fairs, coordinate talks and support initiatives that improve the visibility of the company as an employer.<\/li>\n<li>Manage process documentation, prepare reports, coordinate with HR for hiring, and support related administrative tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for improvement in selection processes, tools or dynamics and implement optimizations together with the Selection Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\ud83c\udf93 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: University degree in psychology, pedagogy or related.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 2-3 years of experience developing the selection of structure, backoffice and production plant profiles from start to finish, in a final company or in the service sector. Experience in temporary employment agencies, at the level of selection or consultancy, is valuable.<\/li>\n<li>Languages: Spanish and Catalan essential, English B1 valuable, not essential.<\/li>\n<li>Computer science: Proficiency in Office, especially Excel.
