If you share our values of commitment, quality and safety, innovation, proximity and passion, your talent grows here.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\ud83c\udf31 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and retain the assigned customer portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and track orders to ensure an excellent level of service.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve incidents and offer agile and effective solutions to customers.<\/li>\n<li>To act as the main interlocutor between the client and the different areas of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction through close, proactive and quality service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\ud83c\udf93 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Training of the Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Transport or similar.<\/li>\n<li>2 years of experience developing order entry and follow-up functions, resolution of incidents with customers, coordination with departments involved, billing supervision, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Computer Science: medium\/advanced proficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Languages: Catalan and Spanish essential.
