If you share our values of commitment, quality and safety, innovation, proximity and passion, your talent grows here.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\ud83c\udf31 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN FOR A COMPANY OF THE NOEL GROUP?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance with and monitoring of the quality and food safety system in the plant (BRCGS, IFS and HACCP).<\/li>\n<li>Manage and keep updated the documentation, records and controls of the quality system.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise production processes, traceability and cleaning and disinfection plans in the plant.<\/li>\n<li>Train and advise staff on quality, food safety and hygiene.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in internal and external audits, certifications and inspections.<\/li>\n<li>Detect deviations, analyse their causes and promote continuous improvement actions.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise environmental aspects and proper waste management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\ud83c\udf93 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: University degree in Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Agri-Food Engineering or similar. Higher level vocational training related to food quality will also be valued.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Previous experience in quality and food safety functions in an industrial environment will be valued.<\/li>\n<li>Languages: Spanish and Catalan are essential.
