NOEL ALIMENTARIA S.A.U.<\/strong> has implemented an internal information channel<\/strong> in accordance with Law 2\/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and combat corruption.<\/p>

The internal communication channel for information is the preferred channel \u2013 for employees, customers, suppliers, and others \u2013 to report actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense. It should be noted that NOEL ALIMENTARIA S.A.U.<\/strong> offers the possibility for the informant to complete the form anonymously, that is, without having to provide any identifying information. In that case, you will receive a unique code and a URL once you complete the form. Please keep that access to be able to check the status and resolution of your communication at any time.<\/p>

The purpose and implementation of this internal information channel is framed within the consolidation of the continuous improvement of NOEL ALIMENTARIA S.A.U.<\/strong> in alignment with corporate best practices and in the generation of instruments that mitigate the risk of committing crimes and\/or administrative sanctions.<\/p>

It is made possible to communicate, through the external channel<\/strong>, directly to the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia.
