The new line, dedicated to sauce production, will be located alongside the two existing ones: one for creams and gazpachos, and another for grated tomato. Additionally, the plant will be expanded by 1,100 m\u00b2, reaching a total area of 4,600 m\u00b2. The expansion will also include a redistribution of spaces to optimize storage and refrigeration areas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6003\" data-end=\"6353\">According to <strong>Juli\u00e0 Riera, Director of Tap Tap Food<\/strong>: \u201cThis new production line will strengthen our capacity to meet growing market demand and consolidate our position as a benchmark in the production of sauces and creams. Our goal is to continue offering top-quality products through increasingly efficient processes tailored to our customers\u2019 needs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6355\" data-end=\"6478\">Construction work began at the end of January, and the new line is scheduled to be operational by the end of December 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6480\" data-end=\"6519\"><strong><br \/>\nAn investment for growth and efficiency<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6521\" data-end=\"6781\">This project will triple production capacity, from 120 to 300 tons per week, and will introduce a continuous chilling system, optimizing the production process by allowing the product to be cooled directly in-line, thereby reducing handling and labeling times.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6783\" data-end=\"7139\">Currently, Tap Tap Food produces around 150 product references including vegetable creams, gazpachos and salmorejos, grated tomato, sauces, and broths. The expansion will not increase the number of products but rather the production capacity to meet growing demand, while representing a further step in the consolidation of Noel\u2019s diversification strategy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7141\" data-end=\"7348\">With a strong presence in the United Kingdom, France, and Portugal, the company expects significant growth in the UK market, particularly in the gazpacho and cream segment, which has been very well received.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7350\" data-end=\"7390\">\n<strong>Commitment to quality and sustainability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7392\" data-end=\"8100\">Tap Tap Food maintains the highest standards of quality and food safety, holding international certifications such as IFS (International Food Standard) and BRC (British Retail Consortium), which ensure compliance with strict quality and safety controls throughout the production process, endorsed by major distribution chains. It also holds certifications granted by organizations such as CCPAE (Catalan Council of Organic Agricultural Production), as well as the international ISO 9001 standard, which sets the criteria for a Quality Management System and allows for various ethical audits, such as the SMETA audit on the SEDEX (Ethical Data Exchange) platform, which evaluates compliance with human rights.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8102\" data-end=\"8324\">The Sant Joan les Fonts plant is designed under sustainability criteria, including water recovery systems in cleaning and disinfection processes, as well as automatic chlorine and pH controls to minimize water consumption.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"8326\" data-end=\"8619\">In terms of energy, Tap Tap Food is supplied with steam and hot water from Noel\u2019s cogeneration plant, which reduces CO\u2082 emissions and promotes energy self-consumption.
