🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A DEMAND PLANNER?
- Analyze, prepare and update demand forecasts to ensure their reliability.
- Create and maintain demand series, ensuring the quality of data and forecasts.
- Analyse deviations between the expected demand and the actual demand, proposing improvement actions.
- Track forecast indicators and contribute to their optimization.
- Participate in the definition and parameterization of planning systems (MPS/MRP).
- Coordinate with the Commercial, Production and Supply Chain areas to align planning with business needs.
- Support sourcing product planning and strategic customer follow-up.
- Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making and continuous improvement of planning processes.
🎓 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- Education: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Statistics or similar.
- Experience: 2-3 years in demand planning or production planning, preferably in industrial settings.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Languages: Catalan and Spanish. English level B2.

- Contract: indefinite
- Full-time
- Opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Teleworking: Yes.
- Flexible hours: Yes.
- Location: Sant Joan les Fonts (Olot).
