Internal Information System

NOEL ALIMENTARIA S.A.U. has implemented an internal information channel in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and combat corruption.

The internal communication channel for information is the preferred channel – for employees, customers, suppliers, and others – to report actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offense. It should be noted that NOEL ALIMENTARIA S.A.U. offers the possibility for the informant to complete the form anonymously, that is, without having to provide any identifying information. In that case, you will receive a unique code and a URL once you complete the form. Please keep that access to be able to check the status and resolution of your communication at any time.

The purpose and implementation of this internal information channel is framed within the consolidation of the continuous improvement of NOEL ALIMENTARIA S.A.U. in alignment with corporate best practices and in the generation of instruments that mitigate the risk of committing crimes and/or administrative sanctions.

It is made possible to communicate, through the external channel, directly to the Anti-Fraud Office of Catalonia. This external channel complements the internal system, offering an additional avenue for those cases where whistleblowers prefer to approach an external entity.
