🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN IN THE PLANT?
- Update and manage quality system documentation (Intradoc, HACCP, records and instructions).
- Prepare and participate in quality meetings and monitoring of indicators.
- Verify quality controls, PCCs and plant records.
- Provide training in hygiene and food safety.
- Manage internal incidents and supplier complaints.
- Provide support in the management of customer complaints and corrective actions.
- Collaborate in internal audits, certifications and official inspections.
- Implement new requirements from customers and official bodies.
🎓 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- CFGS or University Degree in Food Science and Technology, Innovation and Food Safety or similar.
- Minimum experience of 1 year in quality supervision functions, production processes, technical specifications or similar.
- Languages: Spanish and Catalan are essential. Level of English will be assessed.
- Computer Science: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
