🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE TECHNICIAN OF OHS AND CAE?
- Manage the CTAIMA platform for the Coordination of Business Activities (CAE).
- Supervise and manage documents related to companies and external suppliers.
- Provide support in access control management and incident resolution together with the corresponding team.
- Provide support in audits that examine the Food Defense procedure (internal and external personnel access)
- Manage documentation (downloading, filing, control, etc.) generated by the department.
- Collaborate in the implementation and monitoring of Food Defense protocols.
- Provide administrative support to the different activities of the Occupational Risk Prevention area.
🎓 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- Intermediate or higher training cycle in administration, logistics, occupational risk prevention or related studies.
- Previous experience in administrative tasks related to PRL, CAE or document management is valuable.
- Ability to organize, plan, and attention to detail.
- Ease of working with computer tools and management platforms.

- Contract: Indefinite
- Full-time
- Opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Teleworking: Yes.

- Location: Sant Joan Les Fonts.
