🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE?
- Manage and retain the assigned customer portfolio.
- Coordinate and track orders to ensure an excellent level of service.
- Resolve incidents and offer agile and effective solutions to customers.
- To act as the main interlocutor between the client and the different areas of the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through close, proactive and quality service.
🎓 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- Training of the Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration, Commerce, Logistics, Transport or similar.
- 2 years of experience developing order entry and follow-up functions, resolution of incidents with customers, coordination with departments involved, billing supervision, etc.
- Computer Science: medium/advanced proficiency.
- Languages: Catalan and Spanish essential. English B1 is an asset.
📜 WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU IN THIS POSITION?
- Contract: indefinite
- Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a rotating retainer with the rest of the team on Friday afternoons until 5 p.m. On-call on Saturdays approximately once a month, paid and from home.
- Teleworking: No.
- Flexible hours: No.
- Location: Olot.
