🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A COMPANY DOCTOR?
- Monitor the health of workers and promote preventive actions.
- Attend medical consultations and advise on occupational health matters.
- Monitor temporary disabilities and assess reinstatements and adaptations to the job.
- Coordinate actions with mutual societies and external bodies related to occupational health.
- Attend to medical emergencies and provide first aid in the workplace.
- Collaborate with the Prevention Service to guarantee a safe and healthy work environment.
- Analyse health and absenteeism indicators to detect opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of health information.
WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- Training: degree or degree in medicine, compulsory and valid in Spain, essential.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a doctor in general medicine.
- Languages: Spanish is essential; Catalan and English B1.2-B2.1 are an asset.

- Contract: indefinite
- Full-time or part-time (to be agreed with the person)
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday (to be agreed with the person)
- Teleworking: No
- Flexible hours: Yes.
- Location: Sant Joan les Fonts.
