🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS AN INDUSTRIAL PROJECT MANAGER?
- Design and manage all types of investment projects, from the integration of new technologies and equipment, production lines and industrial facilities to the construction of new operating plants.
- Perform plant capacity studies, feasibility and cost analysis for new projects.
- Collaborate at a transversal level with the different departments to ensure the integration of projects into the current operation of the company.
- Identify and maintain fluid communication with all stakeholders, reporting on the progress and results of projects.
- Prepare and manage the budget of the projects, guaranteeing the efficient use of resources.
- Search, select and negotiate with contractor companies for the execution of works.
- Execute, coordinate and supervise the construction management, ensuring that the established deadlines and quality standards are met, in addition to compliance with the assigned budget.
- Lead the start-up of new facilities and production lines together with the transversal project team.
- Collaborate with maintenance in the maintenance plan of the new facilities and machinery.
🎓 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- Training: technical engineering preferably in industrial mechanical engineering or agri-food engineering or similar.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in an industrial environment, managing industrial projects in production environments, mainly food, meat, beverage, chemical or pharma environments.
- Languages: Spanish and Catalan are essential. English B1 essential.
- Computer Science: Applied mastery of Office, and other computer tools.

- Opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 8-17h and Fridays from 8-15h.
- Teleworking: No.
