🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN?
- Coordinate and manage the annual training plan, ensuring the planning, organisation, logistics, and follow-up of training activities.
- Manage and monitor subsidised training (FUNDAE) in coordination with external entities, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with deadlines, and subsidy control.
- Identify, coordinate, and evaluate training providers according to organisational needs.
- Maintain and update the training records and training matrix.
- Provide support in the management and maintenance of the LMS platform.
🎓 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- Education: University degree in Labour Relations or related.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years developing similar functions.
- Knowledge: Training management and FUNDAE.
- Languages: English intermediate-advanced level (B2 or equivalent).
📜 WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU IN THIS POSITION?
- Contract: Indefinite.
- Full-time session.
- Opening hours: From 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible hours (check-in between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and check-out between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.). Intensive Friday from 08:00 to 15:00
- Teleworking: Yes.
- Location: Sant Joan les Fonts.
