🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A PRODUCT TECHNICIAN?
- Develop, implement and monitor the development of new products or the reformulation of products, ensuring their correct implementation on an industrial scale.
- Plan, execute and monitor industrial tests in the plant, analysing the results and proposing the necessary actions.
- Supervise and monitor the workshop and drying processes, ensuring compliance with the established quality and production parameters.
- Manage and analyse non-conformities detected during the production process, proposing corrective actions together with the teams involved.
- Control waste, drying times and possible deviations from the process to ensure the efficiency and quality of the final product.
- Work in coordination with production teams to ensure compliance with product specifications, defined processes, and quality regulations.
🎓 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- Education: CFGS in Processes and Quality in the Food Industry or laboratory or university degree in food science and technology, innovation and food safety, biotechnology, agri-food engineering or similar.
- Experience: 1-2 years developing product development, plant quality, pilot plant, industrial scaling functions…
- Languages: Spanish essential; others that are valuable.
- Driver’s license B, essential.

- Contract: indefinite.
- Full-time.
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Teleworking: No.

- Location: Mata de los Olmos (Teruel).
