🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A QUALITY COMPLAINTS TECHNICIAN?
- Receive, analyse and respond to complaints from customers and suppliers, ensuring effective follow-up until they are closed.
- Gather the necessary information and coordinate with the areas involved to offer rigorous and well-founded responses.
- Write and communicate the conclusions of the complaints, ensuring an agile and professional attention.
- Keep the information and documentation in the document system updated.
- Prepare the documentation required for audits, certifications and inspections, ensuring compliance with the established requirements .
🎓 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- Higher level training in administration and finance, commerce, quality, transport or similar.
- Experience of 2-3 years in administrative functions, incident and complaint management, customer service and coordination with different departments.
- Computer science: medium/advanced proficiency.
- Languages: Catalan, Spanish and English B1 is an asset.

- Contract: indefinite.
- Full-time session.
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Teleworking: No.
