🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN FOR A COMPANY OF THE NOEL GROUP?
- Ensure compliance with and monitoring of the quality and food safety system in the plant (BRCGS, IFS and HACCP).
- Manage and keep updated the documentation, records and controls of the quality system.
- Supervise production processes, traceability and cleaning and disinfection plans in the plant.
- Train and advise staff on quality, food safety and hygiene.
- Participate in internal and external audits, certifications and inspections.
- Detect deviations, analyse their causes and promote continuous improvement actions.
- Supervise environmental aspects and proper waste management.
🎓 WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR IN YOU?
- Education: University degree in Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Agri-Food Engineering or similar. Higher level vocational training related to food quality will also be valued.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality and food safety functions in an industrial environment will be valued.
- Languages: Spanish and Catalan are essential. English level will be assessed.
- Computer Science: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Contract: Indefinite
- Full-time
- Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00 h, with the possibility of doing it from 07:00 to 15:00 h depending on production needs.
