🌱 WHAT WILL BE YOUR CHALLENGES AS A TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT?
- Manage complete selection processes for structure, back office and plant profiles
- Sign up with internal managers to understand needs, validate profiles, define selection criteria and agree on the stages of the process.
- Publish offers on portals, social networks, internal platforms and other sources; manage relationships with schools, ETTs and headhunters when necessary.
- Carry out curricular screenings, telephone and/or video call interviews, competency-based interviews and, when applicable, technical or psychometric tests.
- Organize interviews with managers, prepare necessary information about candidates, collect feedback and accompany decision-making.
- Ensure constant, transparent and respectful communication with candidates throughout the process, reporting on progress and resolving doubts.
- Update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), maintain talent bases, manage reports and ensure the traceability of the process.
- Participate in the creation of content to attract talent, attend job fairs, coordinate talks and support initiatives that improve the visibility of the company as an employer.
- Manage process documentation, prepare reports, coordinate with HR for hiring, and support related administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in selection processes, tools or dynamics and implement optimizations together with the Selection Manager.
🎓 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- Education: University degree in psychology, pedagogy or related.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience developing the selection of structure, backoffice and production plant profiles from start to finish, in a final company or in the service sector. Experience in temporary employment agencies, at the level of selection or consultancy, is valuable.
- Languages: Spanish and Catalan essential, English B1 valuable, not essential.
- Computer science: Proficiency in Office, especially Excel. Applied mastery of different computer platforms.

- Opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 8-17hr on Fridays from 8-15hr with reinforcement.
