In 2025, we mark a decade since the approval of the 2030 Agenda and the adoption of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), a framework promoted by the United Nations to foster balanced and responsible global development.
Introduced in 2015, the SDGs represent a universal call to action to end poverty, reduce inequalities, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all, integrating the social, economic, and environmental dimensions of development.

For Noel, this anniversary is an opportunity to reaffirm that the SDGs are an essential part of our approach to sustainability. In 2025, we renewed our commitment to the United Nations Global Compact, which we first joined in 2013, thereby strengthening our engagement with the Ten Universal Principles and the Sustainable Development Goals.
Our 2023–2025 sustainability strategy, aligned with the 2030 Agenda, is built around three pillars —people, environment, and society— enabling us to prioritize actions, measure outcomes, and move forward with consistency.
