Last Thursday, 22 January, we held the first Town Hall of 2026, a key meeting to share the company’s current situation and the main challenges we face in this new financial year. The session allowed us to align vision and priorities, reinforcing our commitment to transparency and shared information.
The event was led by Albert Boix and Xavier Boix, Managing Directors of Noel Alimentaria, who reviewed the main milestones achieved over the past year and presented the strategy and objectives that will guide the company’s direction in 2026 to directors, managers and area leads.
During the session, key topics were addressed, including the closing of 2025, the current situation of the pork sector, the impact of African swine fever on the company, as well as the strategic pillars and priorities that will shape the year ahead.
—A very special guest
The Town Hall also featured an inspiring keynote by Toni Nadal, uncle and coach of Rafael Nadal, a professional clay-court tennis player widely regarded as the greatest in history based on his win percentage and number of titles on this surface. Nadal shared his perspective on leadership and values in sport and how they can be applied to the corporate environment. Drawing on his experience, he highlighted the importance of leading by example, consistency and human quality as fundamental pillars for leading teams and projects—concepts fully aligned with our approach to leadership at Noel.
This Town Hall has once again been a space to share, listen and connect, bringing together more than 150 people in person and being live-streamed with simultaneous translation for international teams.
We continue to move forward together, with a shared vision, to make 2026 a year of growth, learning and collective success.
