On 23 July, we held our second Town Hall of 2026 at Noel Academy’s Aula 1940. Under the theme “A first half-year of challenges, opportunities and shared goals”, we brought together members of the management team, managers and heads of different areas to review the company’s progress and share our priorities for the coming months.
Albert Boix and Xavier Boix, Noel’s Managing Directors, presented an overview of the first half of the year, reviewing sales performance, the results of the different business units, our main investments and the situation of our farms. We also addressed changes in the prices of raw materials, auxiliary materials and transport, as well as the progress made in our value proposition, brand strategy, sponsorship activities, diversification and the strategic projects planned for 2026 and 2027.
Jordi Port, Corporate Sustainability Director, shared the progress made in relation to the Sustainable Development Goals and our environmental, social and governance targets. Albert Sanantón, Corporate People Director, presented initiatives including the new language-learning platform, Noel’s leadership model, the new onboarding programme, the results of the employee climate survey and the new services aimed at supporting the wellbeing and development of our teams.
The event concluded with a round table moderated by Elena Masanas, with the participation of Xavier Codina, Plant Manager at Noel Olot; Mireia Mataró, Human Resources Manager at Noel Olot; and Omar Espinoza, Head of the packaging, slicing and frozen products section at the plant.
Since their launch in 2023, our Town Halls have become an essential forum for promoting transparency, strengthening communication between teams and moving forward together towards our strategic goals.
