At Noel, we celebrated the first Commitment Recognition Day, an event created to recognise the dedication, contribution and professional journey of the people who are part of our company. The sessions took place on 29 May and 2 June at the Aula 1940 of Noel Academy and brought together 237 people who have reached 10 or 25 years of service at Noel.
This first edition brought together not only those who reached these milestones during 2025, but also those who had already achieved them in previous years, with the aim of sharing the launch of this new celebration together. The event was hosted by Jordi Port, Communication Director, and included an address by Albert Sanantón, Corporate People Director, who highlighted the importance of recognising not only the years shared, but also the commitment demonstrated every day.
Voices that define commitment
One of the most special moments of the event was the series of round-table discussions featuring Noel employees, who shared their experiences, learnings and reflections on what it means to grow professionally within the company. Participants included Manel Puigvert, Angela Hurtado, Núria Bruch, Dani Duran, Àngel Clavaguera, Mercè Vilanova and Liliana Chávez, offering different perspectives and personal journeys that reflect the strength of our teams.
The event also featured speeches from Joan Boix and Anna Bosch, Presidents of Noel, and Xavier Boix, CEO of Noel, before moving on to the most anticipated moment of the day: the presentation of recognition diplomas.
The celebration concluded with a group photograph and a cocktail reception. This initiative has been created with the intention of becoming an ongoing tradition and strengthening one of our core values: commitment to people.
